Undria D. Moore was born on November 28, 1956, in Longview, Texas, to Mirtha Steverson and William Lampkin. She peacefully transitioned from this life, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and cherished memories on Monday, February 9, 2026.
Undria accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Bishop E. R. Starling. Her strong foundation in faith guided her throughout her life. She later became a devoted member of Victory Temple Faith to Faith Ministry, where she served faithfully and wholeheartedly until her health no longer allowed her to continue.
She attended Ned E. Williams School in Longview, Texas. Undria had many hobbies and interests, but singing held a special place in her heart. Her voice, filled with joy and spirit, was a gift she shared freely with those around her.
Undria was preceded in death by her parents, Mirtha Steverson and William Lampkin; her brother, Kelvin Steverson; and her sister, Joyce Miller.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her beloved children, daughters, Nakeshia Burkes and Alesha Nelson; and her son, Karlos Moore (Chantaye). She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Audrey Pierce and Janauetta Hawkins; her brothers, Johnny Shaw (Betty), Otto Steverson (Vanessa), and Cedric Steverson.
Her love continues through her grandchildren, Shamorya Nelson, Shaqwanzia Nelson, Naqwavian Nelson, Stacy Nelson (Tatiana), Keith Burkes Jr., Shaniya Burkes, Velise Gray, Tae’Sean Gray, Ja’Maya Whitemon, and her bonus granddaughter, Cherith Camper.
Undria was also blessed with great-grandchildren, A’mari Isom, Braylen Nelson, Ariyah Burkes, Brooklyn Nelson, and Aubrey Stoker, each of whom brought light and happiness to her life.
She is further survived by a very special sister, Teresa Horton; her cherished best friend, Shelby Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family, and dear friends who will forever treasure her love, her laughter, and her gentle spirit.
Undria’s life was a reflection of resilience, faith, and love. Her presence will be deeply missed, yet her memory will remain a lasting blessing to all who knew her.
